Aeon Vela Inc. ("Aeon Vela," "we," "us," or "our") provides an intelligent wedding operating system and creative design studio. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and safeguard personal information when you access our website, wedding builder, guest portals, or day-of coordination services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using Aeon Vela, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use the Service.

A. Account Information
When you register for an Aeon Vela project, we collect your name, email address, encrypted authentication credentials (managed securely through Amazon Web Services Cognito), and your partner's name.
B. Wedding Project & Creative Data
Event date, venue geographic locations, aesthetic prompts, color palette choices, typography pairings, stationery notes, gallery imagery, and custom website content.
C. Guest Records, RSVPs, & Dietary Disclosures
Names, mailing addresses, plus-one relationships, attendance status, and meal selections. When guests voluntarily provide severe allergy or medical dietary information (such as celiac, nut anaphylaxis, or kosher needs), this sensitive data is collected strictly to generate safe kitchen and catering heatmaps for your venue staff.
D. Day-Of Ceremony Live Audio (Ephemeral Processing)
During ceremony or reception Projector Mode, microphone audio is temporarily captured to provide real-time vow transcription and multilingual subtitles. This audio is processed in volatile memory in real time and is never saved, recorded, or permanently stored on our servers.
E. Technical & Device Information
IP addresses, browser type, operating system, language preferences, and anonymized interaction patterns to ensure optimal performance and security across devices.
3. How We Use Your Information
We process your data strictly to fulfill the following purposes:
- Synthesizing creative wedding aesthetics, color palettes, and typographic stationery systems based on your prompts.
- Hosting and publishing your custom, ad-free wedding website for your invited guests.
- Managing RSVP submissions, seating chart CAD layouts, and generating caterer allergy summary briefs.
- Delivering synchronized, multilingual ceremony subtitles and guest day-of mobile itineraries.
- Providing customer concierge support and sending necessary administrative service alerts.
4. Absolute Zero Sale of Personal Data
Aeon Vela was intentionally architected as an ad-free platform. We do NOT sell, rent, license, or monetize couple data or guest lists to wedding vendors, photographers, florists, registry retailers, or advertising networks.
Unlike legacy wedding platforms that operate as lead-generation engines for third-party vendors, your data exists exclusively to serve your private celebration.
5. Trusted Infrastructure & Service Providers
We partner with industry-leading infrastructure providers under strict data protection agreements:
- Cloud Hosting & Authentication: Amazon Web Services (AWS Cognito, Lambda, Amplify, DynamoDB) for SOC-2 compliant hosting and secure authentication.
- AI & Language Translation: Enterprise machine translation and natural language models used solely to process prompts and transcribe vow subtitles without training public models on your personal data.
- Weather Intelligence: Open-Meteo API to provide day-of weather forecasts based on your venue's general geographic coordinates.
6. Data Security & Cryptographic Tokens
We implement robust technical and organizational measures to safeguard your information:
- HMAC-Signed Guest Tokens: Guest RSVP links utilize tamper-proof, cryptographically signed tokens to prevent unauthorized access or guest impersonation.
- Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 standards.
- Access Controls: Role-based access controls ensure that wedding planners or coordinators only access the specific projects they are invited to manage.
7. Data Retention & Permanent Deletion
We retain your wedding project information for as long as your account is active to allow you to preserve your memories, digital guestbook entries, and lookbooks.
You may request full, permanent deletion of your project, photos, and guest records at any time. Upon receiving your deletion request, all associated data is permanently erased from our active databases within 30 calendar days.
8. Your Rights & Global Privacy Standards
Regardless of your location, Aeon Vela affords you comprehensive control over your personal data (in compliance with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and applicable state and international regulations):
- Right to Access & Portability: Request a full copy of your project data in standard format (CSV/JSON).
- Right to Rectification: Update or correct any guest records or wedding information.
- Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): Request the permanent deletion of your account and records.
